We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager in Jenkintown, PA. This position focuses heavily on recruitment, with additional duties assisting payroll, communicating with benefits vendors, and managing HR Departmental administrative staff. This role is fit for a great communicator who is action and detail oriented, looking to be an influential and model manager in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and develop an HR department that is amiable and communicative, fostering positive relationships with employees
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, updating Job Descriptions coordinating with agencies, developing recruitment procedures, and acting as direct recruiter 
  • Develop relationships with local universities and colleges for recruitment purposes
  • Assist in the processing of Payroll
  • Communicate and negotiate directly with benefits vendors, to ensure best collaboration between vendors and the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • HRIS experience required
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Experience in a lead role preferred
