Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring an HR Generalist (Temporary) for our client, supporting day-to-day human resources operations within a growing organization. This role will provide hands-on support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, compensation, and employee engagement while assisting with broader HR initiatives and process improvements. The ideal candidate has well-rounded human resources experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple HR priorities.

Responsibilities as the HR Generalist:

  • HR Operations: Support day-to-day human resources administration, including onboarding, employee records, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • HRIS Administration: Maintain employee data, support HR systems, prepare reports, and assist with system and process improvements.
  • Recruiting Support: Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and other recruiting and hiring activities.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations matters, workplace concerns, documentation, and related HR processes.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and workforce data while supporting compensation and other HR initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives that support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • Experience: 3–7 years of HR generalist, HR operations, or related human resources experience is required.
  • HR Knowledge: Experience with onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, HR administration, and employment compliance is required.
  • HRIS Experience: Experience with HRIS platforms, employee data management, and HR reporting is required.
  • Employee Relations: Experience supporting employee concerns, documentation, and workplace matters is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, discretion, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
