Atlantic Group is hiring a Fund Operations Analyst (Temporary) in New York, NY for our client. In this role, you will support investor operations, fund administration, and client account activity across alternative investment vehicles. You will manage subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, cash movements, and investor records while partnering with internal teams and fund administrators to ensure accurate processing, strong client service, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities as the Fund Operations Analyst:

  • Investor Operations: Manage operational processes across the investor lifecycle for funds and investment vehicles.
  • Transaction Processing: Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers while coordinating with fund administrators and internal teams.
  • Documentation & Compliance Support: Review investor documentation and support AML and KYC processes to ensure complete and accurate onboarding.
  • Cash & Data Management: Track cash movements, assist with reconciliations, and maintain accurate investor records across CRM and internal systems.
  • Investor & Team Support: Respond to investor inquiries, prepare reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a strong client experience.

Qualifications for the Fund Operations Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in fund operations, investor operations, transfer agency, or client services within financial services is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, fund administration workflows, and AML/KYC processes is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is required, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
