Job Overview – Fraud Specialist:
We are seeking an e-Commerce Fraud & Chargeback Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving e-commerce fraud-related issues, ensuring data-driven decisions that safeguard company assets.
Location: Northern New Jersey
Compensation: $30-$40/hr
Responsibilities as the Fraud Specialist:
- Monitor fraud system tools, reports, and alerts.
- Analyze trends and patterns in transactional data.
- Execute daily operational tasks related to fraud and chargebacks.
- Be a key contributor in investigations by gathering and analyzing data, and reporting findings.
Qualifications for the Fraud Specialist:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention and detection, chargeback handling, or data analysis within financial/business operations.
- A 4-year degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with MS-Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
