Job Overview – Executive Assistant
Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is partnering with our client to hire an Executive Assistant in New York, NY, supporting senior leadership and day-to-day office operations within a fast-paced professional services environment. This role will oversee complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and workplace operations while partnering with internal teams to maintain efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings strong executive support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support senior leadership with scheduling and daily priorities.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel, prepare itineraries, and manage logistics for executive business activities.
- Client & Team Coordination: Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders while supporting meeting preparation and follow-up activities.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, vendor coordination, office upkeep, and workplace organization.
- Administrative Management: Prepare presentations, manage business documents, update CRM records, and support special projects as needed.
- Hospitality & Event Support: Coordinate office events, maintain conference spaces and common areas, and ensure a professional client-ready environment.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Experience: 5–10 years of executive assistant, office management, or administrative support experience within financial services or professional services is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Outlook, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
