Position Overview – Executive Assistant:
Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Based in their elegant Midtown NYC headquarters, the ideal candidate will leverage impeccable judgment, adaptability, and discrete communication talents, enabling optimal productivity for a visionary principal rapidly scaling assets across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors through outperforming investments guided by environmental stewardship principles worldwide.

Compensation: $110,000.00 – $160,000.00
Location: New York City

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
•    Managing complex international calendars and travel
•    Composing and preparing communications
•    Coordinating leadership meetings and events planning
•    Anticipating organizational support needs
•    Providing project coordination assistance
•    Serving as a professional extension of the CEO

Requirements of the Executive Assistant include:
•    3-5+ years of C-suite administrative experience
•    Exceptionally organized with sound judgement
•    Polished written and verbal communicator
•    Able to translate vision into action
•    Grace under pressure
•    Passion for executive coordination strategy
