Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Hybrid):
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant for our client in Boston, MA (Hybrid). Join the leadership team and provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Managing Partner, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential information. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and expertise in Microsoft Office and Concur to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Executive Support: Manage the Co-Managing Partner’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and acting as a gatekeeper for schedule access.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and documentation to ensure thorough preparation.
- Travel Management: Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Expense Reporting: Track and process expenses through the Concur system, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
- Document Preparation: Draft and edit presentations, correspondence, meeting notes, and other materials.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain discretion with sensitive information and represent the firm with professionalism.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of executive support experience, with proven ability to manage high-level administrative functions and support senior leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in Concur preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Team Orientation: Collaborative and supportive, with the ability to work effectively within a cohesive administrative team.
