Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Corporate Operations)
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000/year + bonus
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Corporate Operations) in Bergen County, NJ for our client. In this in-office role, you will provide high-level executive support within a fast-paced corporate operations environment, partnering closely with senior leadership. You will manage complex scheduling, communications, travel, and stakeholder coordination while supporting operational initiatives and leadership priorities. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong judgment and experience supporting executives in growth-oriented organizations.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant (Corporate Operations):
- Executive Calendar & Meetings: Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, coordinating leadership meetings, investor updates, and internal priorities.
- Communication & Inbox Management: Oversee inbox triage, draft correspondence and meeting materials, and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
- Travel & Expense Coordination: Coordinate multi-location travel, prepare itineraries and briefing materials, and process expense reports accurately.
- Stakeholder Interface: Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, Board members, and internal stakeholders with discretion and clear communication.
- Operational & Strategic Support: Support operational initiatives and M&A integration activities as responsibilities expand.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant (Corporate Operations):
- Experience: 2-4 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience in operations, consulting, or client-facing environments, with high-growth exposure preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with multi-site operations, facilities coordination, or corporate operations environments preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with exposure to tools such as Notion, Power BI, or similar productivity and analytics platforms preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized and polished professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, ownership mindset.
