Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group has an exciting job opportunity for an Executive Assistant (Asset Management) with our client in Charlotte, NC. This role supports a senior executive in a fast-paced asset management environment and is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and sound judgment. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and logistics, and handle both business and personal matters with confidentiality and efficiency.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Executive Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and domestic/international travel for senior executives.
- Communication & Correspondence: Manage inboxes, calls, and internal communications to prioritize responses and streamline workflow.
- Meeting & Document Preparation: Draft agendas, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, investors, and external partners.
- Personal Support & Logistics: Oversee personal appointments, vendor coordination, and travel planning as needed.
- Finance & Project Assistance: Track expenses, manage records, and support events or special projects to improve efficiency.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within investment management, finance, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create professional presentations and reports.
- Skills & Attributes: Organized and detail-driven with strong communication and time management skills, able to multitask and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
