Job Overview – Estimator (Construction)

We are seeking a talented professional with a strong background in civil and construction management to contribute to our client's success. Your role will focus on heavy and sitework construction, making a significant impact on diverse projects.
Compensation: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Estimator (Construction) include:
- Leverage your skills to estimate and bid on heavy and sitework construction projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and Agtek for accurate project assessment.
- Take ownership of the entire estimating process, from initial takeoff to final pricing, and craft detailed proposals.
- Focus on diverse construction facets, including earthwork, sheeting and shoring, underpinning, utility work, and paving.
Qualifications of the Estimator (Construction):
- 5+ years of relevant estimation experience.
- Civil, construction management, or related degree highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid and Agtek.
- Ability to independently perform complete estimates and generate detailed proposals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
