Title: Estimator
Compensation: $75,000 – 95,000 + bonus
Location: North Jersey
One of our long-standing clients, with projects throughout the North Jersey Market, has a need for an Estimator. In this role, the Estimator will anticipate cost of project and help manage building the project. The Estimator must be willing to travel to regional offices for projects. This is a great opportunity to join a strong client and help their continued growth.

- Client has 100+ years as renowned Regional General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Designers/Builders
- Estimator will work with the Estimating and Preconstruction teams to create project bids, review contracts, and lead bid meetings
- Role will review plans and specifications to perform estimates for facility projects

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Technology, Architecture or a similar field required
- 3+ years of construction experience, particularly estimating experience required
- Candidate must have a strong knowledge of all commercial construction trades
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be familiar with the New Jersey market and to have a rapport with subs
