Compensation: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 
Location: Montgomery County, PA

Responsibilities of the Estate Administration Paralegal:

  • Prepare inheritance tax returns, federal estate tax returns, final accountings, and other documents, with an eye for detail and high accuracy.
  • Assist with administration of estate from start to finish, with technical proficiency in order to effectively utilize specialized Lackner software.
  • Use exemplary written and verbal communication skills to interface with clients and attorneys, with the goal of facilitating the estate process.
  • Maintain proper organization and filing of Estate Department documentation.

Qualifications of the Estate Administration Paralegal:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, ideally with a legal and/or accounting focus.
  • Lackner experience preferred.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
