Job Overview – Director of Marketing (Manufacturing):
Take on a leadership role with our client in Worcester, MA (Hybrid) as a Director of Marketing (Manufacturing), driving brand growth, lead generation, and market expansion. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing leader with expertise in B2B industrial or high-tech manufacturing, digital marketing, and brand positioning. You will develop multi-channel campaigns, manage vendor partnerships, and optimize marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and industry engagement.

Compensation: $180,000 – $225,000/year
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Director of Marketing:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Lead marketing programs, messaging, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Lead Generation & Engagement: Drive customer acquisition through digital ads, email, events, and trade shows.
  • Brand & Content Strategy: Align messaging with industry trends, market needs, and brand identity.
  • Marketing Operations & CRM: Manage campaigns within SAP CRM for seamless lead tracking.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and ROI-driven planning.

Qualifications for the Director of Marketing:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 7-10+ years in marketing management, preferably within B2B industrial or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), CRM systems (SAP preferred), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
  • Marketing Expertise: Skilled in multi-channel marketing, digital campaigns, brand strategy, and lead generation, with experience managing vendors, projects, and digital presence to drive growth.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret data-driven insights and translate them into high-performing marketing strategies.
