Job Overview – Digital Marketing Account Manager
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000/year
Location: Camden County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager in Camden County, NJ for our client. This role will manage client relationships, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and support account strategy and performance reporting. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, analyze campaign results, and collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing performance and deliver effective digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Account Manager:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage assigned client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and address ongoing client needs.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and related marketing activities.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and prepare client reports.
- Account Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve marketing results, optimize campaign strategies, and support account growth.
- Project Coordination: Manage client requests, marketing deliverables, and project timelines in collaboration with internal teams.
- Client Onboarding: Support new client onboarding, account transitions, and ongoing client communications.
Qualifications for the Digital Marketing Account Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing account management, client relationship management, or related client-facing marketing experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, online advertising, campaign management, and marketing performance analysis is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing analytics or reporting tools is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines are required.
