Job Overview – Sales Support Associate:
Step into a key role with our client's dynamic manufacturing team as a Sales Support Associate based in Union Township, NJ. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through prompt inquiry responses, efficient order processing, and timely issue resolution.
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000/year
Location: Union Township, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Sales Support Associate:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
- Account Updates: Maintain accurate customer account information, including contact details, order history, and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed product and service information to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Qualifications for the Sales Support Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Experience: 2+ years in a Customer Service role, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
- Attributes: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
