Job Overview – Corporate Paralegal (Family Office):
Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000/year base ($200,000 All-In)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Paralegal (Family Office) in New York, NY for our client, an opportunity supporting corporate governance, entity management, contract administration, and transactional execution within a sophisticated family office environment. In this hybrid role, you will manage domestic and international entities, support transactions from diligence through closing, oversee contract workflows, and partner closely with legal, finance, and external counsel to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Responsibilities as the Corporate Paralegal (Family Office):
- Corporate Governance & Entity Management: Manage domestic and international entities, maintain statutory records, and oversee filings to ensure ongoing corporate compliance.
- Contract Drafting & Administration: Draft, review, and organize NDAs, engagement letters, resolutions, and related agreements while tracking key terms and deadlines.
- Transactional Support: Support transactions from diligence through execution and closing by coordinating documents and managing closing logistics.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research on corporate, transactional, and cross-border matters and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare organizational charts, summaries, and presentation materials while maintaining accurate digital contract databases and records.
Qualifications for the Corporate Paralegal (Family Office):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field required.
- Experience: 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally with law firm and in-house exposure, including entity formation, governance, and NDAs.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage complex records and workflows efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate structures, governance frameworks, and transaction processes, including domestic and international entity considerations.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Language Skills: French fluency preferred.
