Job Overview – Construction Superintendent (Travel):
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Superintendent (Travel) based in Philadelphia, PA, with our client, a leading commercial and industrial construction firm. In this role, you’ll oversee on-site operations, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across multiple states. Responsibilities as the Construction Superintendent:
- Project Management: Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews for smooth workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to verify work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant job site.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary on-site liaison for project managers, clients, and vendors, providing regular progress updates.
- Travel Oversight: Lead and support out-of-state construction projects, maintaining consistent site supervision and operational excellence.
Qualifications for the Construction Superintendent:
- Experience: 5-10 years of construction management experience with a strong track record overseeing commercial or industrial projects from start to finish.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and subcontractor coordination.
- Skills & Attributes: Organized, proactive leader with strong communication and decision-making skills, adaptable to frequent travel and fast-paced project demands.
