Compensation: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 + bonus + vehicle allowance
Location: Montgomery County, PA – Onsite

Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager include:

  • Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and address client concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications of the Construction Project Manager include:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial and institutional construction.
  • Expertise in overseeing projects in retail, hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping centers.
