$110,000 – $130,000 + bonus + vehicle allowance

We are representing a Project Manager opportunity with one of the leading full-service design and home building contractors in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia areas, building custom homes in the city and the surrounding suburbs.

  • Work in conjunction with Superintendents and APM’s
  • Will be involved with the project from concept to completion, and have relationships with subs
  • Delegate administrative duties such as fill out and file all permit applications, complete and submit utility requests; maintenance of logs, checklists and other management tools
  • Perform quantity take-offs; quickly analyze and de-scope sub-contractor and vendor bids
  • Read architectural drawings and structural drawings



  • Four year Bachelor’s degree in Management or related area of study
  • 7 to 15 years of experience primarily in residential, multi-family, mixed-use and low/mid-rise apartment buildings
  • Knowledge of construction permitting and regulatory aspects in the suburbs and City of Philadelphia preferable but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Critical Path Method Scheduling with the ability to develop and maintain multiple schedules
  • Complete understanding of the RFP, RFI, Change Management and Submittal processes
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience managing priorities among multiple projects
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to meet the occasional demands of working overtime or Saturdays
