Job Overview – Construction Project Manager:
Step into the full-time role of Construction Project Manager with our client in Montgomery County, PA, where you’ll lead national and international projects, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and seamless collaboration with internal and external teams.
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000/year

Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager:
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple, concurrent construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and contract specifications.
- Leadership: Lead project teams and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
- Management: Oversee project budgets and schedules, working with internal departments to ensure project goals are met.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, general contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and promote a strong safety culture on job sites.
- Travel: Up to 35% travel required for site visits, which may include daily trips or overnight stays.
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5-10 years of Commercial Construction Management, ideally in healthcare, with masonry experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License and Passport required (PMP Certification preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Gantt Charts, project management software, Microsoft Office Suite (NetSuite experience a plus).
- Other: Ability to travel up to 35% (domestic and international).
