Title: Construction Assistant Project Manager
Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist in managing project documentation and communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support the resolution of project-related issues and challenges.
Construction Assistant Project Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the Philadelphia construction market, with a preference for union-type work.
- Experience in high-rise fit-outs and healthcare projects is highly desirable.
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- Flexible, innovative, and moldable with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in software applications such as ICRA, Certs, OSHA Certs, Procore, and Bluebeam.
