Job Overview – Compliance Paralegal (Hybrid):
Atlantic Group is hiring a Compliance Paralegal for our client in Boston, MA (Hybrid), supporting firm-wide compliance initiatives, regulatory filings, and corporate governance. This temporary role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in compliance frameworks, employee training, and regulatory reporting. You will work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards while streamlining compliance processes.
Compensation: $35 – $50/hour
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Compliance Paralegal:
- Employee Compliance & Training: Oversee new hire training, reporting, and ethics inquiries.
- Certification & Reporting: Track firm-wide certifications and ensure timely documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate corporate actions and meet regulatory deadlines.
- Disclosures & Senior Reporting: Review employee disclosures and generate compliance reports.
- AML & Due Diligence: Support anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and client vetting.
- Account & Trade Compliance: Assist with account management, trade confirmations, and broker communications.
Qualifications for the Compliance Paralegal:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of compliance-related experience with a registered investment advisor or regulatory agency preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of regulatory filings, compliance software, and reporting tools.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
