Job Overview – Compliance Associate
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000/year base ($200,000 All-In)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Compliance Associate in New York, NY for our client, supporting regulatory compliance, governance, and operational oversight within a financial services environment. In this role, you will manage compliance program execution, oversee regulatory filings, and support governance across offshore entities and internal committees. You will partner with legal, operations, and external vendors to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and firm policies.
Responsibilities as the Compliance Associate:
- Compliance Program Management: Oversee day-to-day execution of the compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Regulatory Filings: Manage regulatory filings and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- Offshore Governance: Support compliance and governance of offshore entities, including approvals, documentation, and reporting.
- Committee Coordination: Prepare agendas, maintain minutes, and track action items for key internal committees.
- Vendor & Audit Coordination: Manage external consultants and support internal and vendor audits across compliance and related functions.
Qualifications for the Compliance Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of compliance experience within an investment adviser, asset management, or financial services environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, governance structures, and offshore entity oversight is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with compliance systems or regulatory reporting tools is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and communication skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
