Position Overview – Compliance Advisory Specialist:
Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Compliance Advisory Specialist for a 6+ month contract role supporting their Swap Dealer business. This is a chance to leverage your CFTC/NFA regulatory knowledge to help strengthen compliance frameworks.
Compensation: $60.00 – $65.00 / HR
Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut – Hybrid
Responsibilities as the Compliance Advisory Specialist include:
- Advising on CFTC/NFA regulations for Swap Dealer
- Assisting with audits and regulatory change implementation
- Reviewing new rules to determine business impacts
- Drafting new compliance policies and procedures
- Providing subject matter expertise to legal/compliance
Qualifications for the Compliance Advisory Specialist include:
- In-depth knowledge of CFTC/NFA Swap Dealer rules
- Prior Swap Dealer compliance experience
- Ability to analyze regulations
- Identifying risks and requirements
- Strong written and verbal skills
