Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 + bonus
Location: Bristol, CT
Responsibilities as the Commercial Lines Account Manager Include:
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client needs and requests.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, underwriting, and producers regarding renewals, audits, and quotes.
- Thoroughly review renewals, identifying coverage gaps and opportunities.
- Manage policy data using APPLIED EPIC and expedite certificates of insurance.
- Update driver lists and process endorsements.
- Coordinate the re-marketing of accounts and maintain Real-Time technology proficiency.
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
Requirements for the Commercial Lines Account Manager Include:
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Executive/CSR experience.
- Knowledge of Medical Malpractice and Bonds.
- An active Property & Casualty Producer License.
- A solid understanding of Insurance Industry Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Experience with APPLIED EPIC or equivalent management systems (APPLIED EPIC proficiency preferred)
