Job Overview – Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid):
Join our client in Westchester County, NY, as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, overseeing clients’ insurance needs, daily operations, and customer service. You’ll also work with Producers and Account Executives to deliver top-quality insurance and risk management.

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000/year + bonus
Location: Westchester County, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Commercial Lines Account Manager:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain complete client information and applications for new and renewal business.
  • Renewal Process: Guide clients through the renewal process, submit requests to carriers, and follow up with underwriters.
  • Documentation: Process change requests, certificates, endorsements, binders, proposals, and other documentation promptly.
  • File Management: Maintain proper records and files according to company procedures.
  • Carrier Relations: Build strong business relationships with insurance carrier personnel to enhance client services.

Qualifications for the Commercial Lines Account Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: 2 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
  • License: Property & Casualty License required.
  • Skills: Strong client relationship management, multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
