Commercial Lines Account Advisor
You will be an essential link between the insurance company, agents, and valued clients. Your core responsibility is to provide high-quality service, handling day-to-day client interactions. This involves addressing coverage inquiries, managing endorsements, answering routine coverage questions, and ensuring a smooth renewal process.
Compensation: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 + bonus
Location: Wayne, PA – Hybrid
Responsibilities as a Commercial Lines Account Advisor Include:
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide consistent and timely client communication through various channels.
- Educate clients about coverage details, exclusions, and exposures while maintaining electronic records.
- Efficiently manage incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately.
- Handle cancellations with care, making efforts to retain accounts and notifying producers as needed.
Requirements for the Commercial Lines Account Advisor Include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- Current Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- Profound understanding of commercial insurance underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and the ability to communicate them clearly to clients and underwriters.
