Job Overview:
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, primarily focusing on small and middle-market businesses. Your main responsibility will be to manage a premium book of over $3 million, providing exemplary customer service and strategic insurance solutions.

Compensation: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 + bonus
Location: Camden County, NJ (Onsite)

Responsibilities as the Commercial Insurance Account Manager Include:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to commercial clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for client needs.
  • Consult with clients to understand their businesses and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Guide clients through the renewal process, fostering strong agency-client partnerships.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing client policies to maximize account retention.

Requirements for the Commercial Insurance Account Manager Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) a plus.
