As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll be instrumental in installing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, contributing to the company's dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 + bonus
Location: Washington DC – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Commercial HVAC Service Technician Include:
- Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose service/maintenance risks and faults on equipment.
- Assist with preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, fostering a secure work environment for all team members.
Requirements for the Commercial HVAC Service Technician Include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing a variety of Commercial HVAC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Desire for long-term commitment and enthusiasm to contribute to the company's continued success.
