Job Overview – Commercial Construction Project Manager
Join our client's team as a Project Manager and play a vital role in overseeing commercial construction projects in various sectors, including healthcare, life science, office interiors, and warehouses. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your project management expertise and contribute to the success of our client's dynamic projects.

Compensation: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 + bonus + car allowance
Location: Chester County, PA – Onsite

Responsibilities of the Commercial Construction Project Manager include:

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular project updates.
  • Develop and maintain commercial construction project schedules, budgets, and documentation, tracking expenses and reporting on project performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing leadership and mentorship to project team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations relevant to commercial construction projects.

Qualifications of the Commercial Construction Project Manager include:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with expertise in healthcare, life science, MOB, office interiors, or warehouses.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion, meeting budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in commercial construction.
