Atlantic Group is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator (Temporary) in Boston, MA with our client. This hybrid role supports clinical research through patient enrollment, data management, and regulatory documentation. You’ll assist with informed consent, specimen handling, and database management while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with clinical research experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities as the Clinical Research Coordinator:
- Patient Coordination: Screen and enroll eligible participants, obtain informed consent, and register patients for cohort and protocol-based studies.
- Data Management: Review medical records and pathology reports, entering accurate data into EMR and eCRF systems.
- Quality Control: Monitor data accuracy and completeness, resolving queries to maintain compliance with study protocols.
- Specimen Coordination: Collect, process, and store biological specimens in accordance with research and regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and maintain IRB submissions, study documentation, and communications with investigators and research teams.
Qualifications for the Clinical Research Coordinator:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 2-5 years in clinical research or academic medicine with knowledge of IRB procedures, EMR systems, and regulatory documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic data capture systems (EMR, eCRF, or REDCap preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical trial protocols, informed consent processes, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Skills & Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic research environment.
