Job Overview – Client Service Associate (Wealth Management):
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Service Associate (Wealth Management) in Philadelphia, PA for our client, an opportunity supporting client onboarding, account servicing, financial planning workflows, and day-to-day advisory operations across a wealth management platform. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with advisors and custodians, manage documentation and account activity, prepare client reporting packages, and support meeting logistics and operational processes. Ideal candidates have experience in financial advisory or brokerage environments with strong organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
Responsibilities as the Client Service Associate:
- Client Onboarding & Documentation: Prepare and process account-opening forms, maintenance updates, custodial documents, and transfer requests to ensure accurate and timely setup.
- Operations & Custodian Coordination: Partner with custodians to facilitate funding, transfers, and time-sensitive mail, checks, and administrative requests.
- Meeting & Reporting Support: Assemble client packets, prepare reports for advisor meetings, and support investment and financial planning review materials.
- Recordkeeping & Workflow Management: Maintain accurate client records, track outstanding items, and manage daily operational workflows for the advisory team.
- Advisor & Client Support: Prepare review materials, coordinate couriers and mailings, assist with scheduling, and support client-facing logistics and communications.
Qualifications for the Client Service Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years supporting financial advisors, wealth managers, or brokerage operations in administrative, client service, or back-office roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn custodial and CRM systems quickly.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of advisory operations, custodial workflows, account-opening processes, and financial planning documentation.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, team-first mindset focused on accuracy and client service.
