Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Relationship Manager (Alternative Investments) in New York, NY for our client. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a primary relationship lead for institutional and intermediary clients, supporting onboarding, ongoing servicing, and investor communications across alternative investment strategies. You will partner closely with sales, investment, operations, and compliance teams while leveraging Salesforce to manage client interactions, reporting needs, and service workflows. This role is ideal for an experienced client-facing professional with deep alternative asset management exposure and strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities as the Client Relationship Manager (Alternative Investments):

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day servicing, inquiries, and relationship needs across alternative investment products.
  • Onboarding & Account Management: Coordinate client onboarding, subscriptions, account maintenance, and lifecycle events in collaboration with internal teams and service providers.
  • Investor Communications & Reporting: Oversee the preparation and delivery of client communications, reporting packages, and ongoing updates related to fund performance and operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, investment, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality client service.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate client records, activity tracking, and reporting within Salesforce to support relationship management and internal visibility.

Qualifications for the Client Relationship Manager (Alternative Investments):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of client relationship management experience within an alternative asset manager or asset management platform, with direct client ownership.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of alternative investment products and structures, with ETF experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Salesforce proficiency required, with experience managing CRM workflows, client data, and reporting.
  • Skills & Attributes: Client-focused professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
