Job Overview – Business Development Liaison:
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Liaison with a network of high-level contacts within the retail auto industry. This role involves leveraging your strong executive-level relationships at dealerships in your area or territory to drive business growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and helping to expand our client’s footprint in the auto retail market.

Location: Remote
Compensation: $95,000 – $135,000/ year
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Business Development Liaison:

  • Relationship Building: Leverage existing relationships and establish new ones with executives and decision-makers within auto dealership groups.
  • Program Promotion: Introduce and promote our client’s rewards program designed to retain customers across various dealership departments, including service, sales, and F&I.
  • Meeting Coordination: Open doors and set meetings with key stakeholders within the auto dealerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Map out and execute a strategic plan for penetrating the assigned territory, focusing on selling and implementing the rewards program.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Information Technology and Marketing teams to ensure successful program rollout and adoption by the dealerships.

Qualifications for the Business Development Liaison:

  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Strategic Selling: Ability to strategically map out a territory and effectively sell to that market.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; exceptional organization and attention to detail; proven networking abilities with decision-makers; proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the auto industry and the operational dynamics of an auto dealership.
