Atlantic Group is hiring a Business Development Associate (Client Service) in Montgomery County, PA, for our client, supporting business development, client outreach, and recruiting initiatives within the financial services sector. This role focuses on outbound engagement, relationship building, and supporting advisor search projects while driving pipeline growth. The Business Development Associate will utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce, research tools, and Excel to manage prospects, track activity, and support client development efforts.

Responsibilities as the Business Development Associate (Client Service):

  • Business Development: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement: Follow up on marketing campaigns and maintain consistent communication with prospects to drive opportunities.
  • Market Research: Identify and research target firms and candidates within the wealth management and financial services space.
  • Recruiting Support: Partner with internal recruiting teams to support advisor search projects and candidate outreach.
  • Networking & Events: Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand professional network.
  • Pipeline Management: Track activity and manage prospects within CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications for the Business Development Associate (Client Service):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or business development is required, with B2B exposure preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in financial services, wealth management, or recruiting is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong communication skills, organization, competitive drive, coachability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
