Position Overview – Benefits Manager:
A consumer goods company is seeking a Benefits Manager based out of their White Plains, New York office to lead their HR programs for 6+ months through a crucial strategic transition. Leveraging 10+ years managing comprehensive packages, the ideal candidate will liaise with carriers, select optimal vendors, enhance wellness offerings, resolve complex issues, and promote employee health, engagement, and productivity during a substantial change management push.

Compensation: $40.00 – $43.00 /HR
Location: White Plains, New York – Hybrid (2-3 days)

Responsibilities of the Benefits Manager include:
•    Managing vendor relationships and daily benefits operations
•    Serving as subject matter expert across benefit categories
•    Reconciling invoices and maintaining budget integrity
•    Creating branded communications and presentations
•    Ensuring the accuracy of enrollment data
•    Researching market trends and evaluating program efficacy
•    Leading compliance with healthcare regulations
•    Driving process enhancements and policy improvements

Requirements for the Benefits Manager include:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    10+ years administrating multifaceted HR benefit plans
•    Deep knowledge of medical, disability, and workplace regulations
•    Partnership-focused with sharp negotiation talents
