Position Overview – Attendee Engagement Senior Planner:
An industry leader in research and events management is seeking an Attendee Engagement Senior Planner to implement programs elevating conference experiences. The ideal candidate will develop content and initiatives focused on first-timers, alumni attendees, peer networks, and beyond to facilitate meaningful stakeholder connections.
Compensation: $20.00 / HR
Location: Dallas County, Texas
Responsibilities of the Attendee Engagement Senior Planner include:
- Executing new and existing attendee engagement plans
- Analyzing program feedback to shape enhancements
- Creating web portal content, user guides and videos
- Communicating directly with event delegates
- Supporting additional conference programming
- Traveling to conferences to assist onsite teams (<25%)
Qualifications for the Attendee Engagement Senior Planner include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- Strong project coordination abilities
- Excellent communicator across mediums
- Comfort balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
