Atlantic Group is hiring an Associate UX Content Strategist & Writer (Temporary) for our client in Middlesex County, MA (Hybrid) to create engaging, user-focused content for mobile and web applications. Collaborate with UX, product, and marketing teams to develop and implement content strategies, craft clear, brand-aligned copy, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Ideal for professionals with UX writing experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or medical devices.

Responsibilities as the Associate UX Content Strategist & Writer:

  • Content Strategy & UX Writing: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute UX content strategies, producing on-brand copy for mobile and web applications that enhances usability and engagement.
  • Frameworks & Documentation: Define content frameworks, document decisions, and clearly communicate strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Lead content reviews, manage revisions, and work with stakeholders to meet deadlines and improve the user experience.
  • Brand & Quality Standards: Ensure all content aligns with brand, literacy, accessibility, and UX writing best practices.
  • Innovation & Tools: Champion creative solutions to simplify complex concepts, addressing user needs while utilizing tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA.

Qualifications for the Associate UX Content Strategist & Writer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Creative Writing, or a related field, with coursework or experience in UX content strategy preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in UX writing or content strategy for mobile or web products, preferably in finance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in content strategy frameworks, UX design principles, and tools like Figma, JIRA, and Miro, with knowledge of agile development environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of medical device development processes, with knowledge of diabetes-related content preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with creativity, empathy, and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
