Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Atlantic Group is hiring an Administrative Officer for our wealth management client in Greenwich, CT. This in-office leadership role is responsible for managing branch operations, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. You’ll play a key role in maintaining daily efficiency, supporting client service initiatives, and fostering a professional, performance-driven culture within a leading financial services environment.

Responsibilities as the Administrative Officer:

  • Branch Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including office facilities and workflow optimization.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for administrative support staff.
  • Compliance & Policy Education: Educate employees on operational procedures and escalate supervisory matters as needed.
  • Leadership & Culture: Drive a collaborative and professional branch environment that aligns with firm goals and compliance expectations.
  • Performance & Personnel Decisions: Conduct evaluations, manage promotions, and execute compensation strategies for administrative staff.

Qualifications for the Administrative Officer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of administrative or operations experience within a leading financial institution, with prior leadership or managerial responsibilities.
  • Licensure: Active FINRA Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn internal systems and workflow tools.
  • Skills & Attributes: Effective communicator and proactive leader with a collaborative mindset and a strong ability to foster a positive, solutions-driven team environment.
