Atlantic Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Boston, MA for our client, supporting office administration, scheduling, workplace operations, and executive support within a growing corporate environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while helping ensure the office operates efficiently on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant:

  • Office Administration: Support daily office operations, maintain shared spaces, coordinate supplies, and ensure a well-organized workplace environment.
  • Reception & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and provide a professional first impression for guests and external contacts.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and assist with administrative logistics.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle emails, packages, mail, phone communications, and other forms of business correspondence.
  • Vendor & Facilities Support: Coordinate with vendors, maintain office inventory, and assist with facility-related needs and service requests.
  • Event Planning: Support employee events, meetings, corporate activities, and other office initiatives as needed.

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or related professional experience is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting office operations, scheduling, and administrative functions within a professional environment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, and maintain a high level of professionalism are required.
