Position Overview – Administrative Assistant:
Our client, a leading credit investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. This is a chance to gain broad experience supporting executives and events planning in a collaborative culture.

Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00 / HR
Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut

Responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Managing reception area and greeting guest
  • Coordinating corporate events and outings
  • Booking business travel and tracking expenses
  • Supporting team members on various projects
  • Assisting with philanthropic initiatives
  • Providing occasional coverage at the NYC office

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant include:
