Job Overview – Entry Level Administrative Assistant:
Step into a pivotal role with our client as an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a high-energy individual ready to kickstart their professional administrative career. You’ll handle phone calls, correspondence, reports, and transcriptions while supporting client needs. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential to ensuring efficiency and high-quality results.

Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000/year
Location: Plymouth Meeting/Montgomery County
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)

Responsibilities as the Entry Level Administrative Assistant:

  • Client Support: Format resumes, perform position evaluations, and manage write-ups and contracts to ensure seamless client deliverables.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary interface for clients and prospects, maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule interviews and meetings, manage calendars, and provide detailed daily/weekly to-do lists.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize and manage travel arrangements for the team.
  • Documentation Management: Draft, proofread, record, track, and convert correspondence to PDF while maintaining both physical and electronic records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support for annual conferences, including follow-up actions and additional administrative needs.

Qualifications for the Entry Level Administrative Assistant:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Professional Services office experience required (internship experience is accepted).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Availability: Able to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of energy and attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Skilled multitasker with strong follow-up, teamwork, and client-focused communication abilities.
