Position Overview:

We are seeking an accounting manager for a job opening in our client’s New Jersey office. In this role, the accounting manager to oversee daily fiscal operations, integrity of records, and financial reporting. Leading a passionate finance team, the ideal candidate will ensure accuracy through reconciliations, transaction processing, and process improvements that enable sound strategy across a complex portfolio.


Compensation: $85,000.00 – $125,000.00

Location: New Jersey (Multiple Locations)


Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include:

  • Overseeing the General Ledger department and associated workflows
  • Facilitating timely monthly close processes
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements
  • Researching and resolving reporting discrepancies
  • Enhancing internal financial controls
  • Supporting budgeting, analysis, and governance initiatives
  • Assisting with financial statement audits

Requirements of the Accounting Manager include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 5+ years managing multifaceted accounting teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Articulate communication and influencer skills
