The Atlantic Group is representing a Commercial Construction Superintendent position with an award-winning Construction Management/General Contracting firm. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Superintendent experience working on commercial ground-up and fit-out projects.

Strong relationships with subcontractors
Provide leadership and guidance for other superintendents, assistants, and project engineers
Planning, scheduling, and coordination of all work on a project
Contractor management to complete punch lists
Meetings with trade foremen to monitor progress and schedule
5+ years of Commercial Superintendent experience
Read and understand contract drawings and specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, other related discipline, or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license
