Job Overview – Senior Superintendent

Compensation: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 + truck allowance
Location: Montgomery County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Senior Superintendent include:
- Oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to specifications.
- Serve as the face of the company in owner-facing situations, particularly on projects such as Princeton University, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
- Manage projects across various sectors, including hospitals, universities, and warehouses, adapting strategies and approaches based on project requirements.
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate and streamline construction processes.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures, ensuring that all construction activities meet industry standards and comply with project specifications.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed within designated timelines.
- Uphold and enforce safety standards on construction sites, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment.
- Address challenges and obstacles proactively, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications of the Senior Superintendent:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to present well, especially in owner-facing situations, showcasing confidence and professionalism.
