  • Solicit and develop a prospective client pipeline of attorneys and law firms
  • Extensive engagement with new and existing attorneys, law firms and clients
  • Develop tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunity
  • Travel throughout the country for face-to-face attorney and law firm interactions
  • Develop and implement plans for acquiring new accounts to meet targets for revenue growth




  • Degree in Law, Business, Finance or Marketing
  • Current network of professionals in legal field or Existing/Established book of business
  • Experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or Attorney will be considered for someone interested in transitioning into sales
  • Experience working in the Legal Funding industry is highly preferred for experienced sales professionals
  • Proven ability to meet expected monthly and quarterly goals
