Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead human resources function globally (United States, China, UK) – execute core and day-to-day processes as well as business growth initiatives
  • Interpret and translate business needs into actionable Human Resources initiatives
  • Partner with division executives to identify workforce requirements and planning – recruitment, engagement, development and retention
  • Structure and manage payroll – salary, bonus, reimbursements, tax incentives, deductions and contributions
  • Administer benefit programs and manage vendor relationships – healthcare, 401(k), commuter benefits, spending accounts, deferred compensation, PTO and leave
  • Direct performance appraisal process – evaluations, peer feedback, performance meetings
  • Lead learning and development initiatives – internal teach-ins, leadership coaching, tuition/certification reimbursement, external learning/networking
  • Manage compensation practice – benchmarking, survey participation, market trends, packages
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance team to document, implement, communicate and monitor HR policies, practices and procedures – workplace harassment, personal investments, cybersecurity
  • Advise on employee issues, handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 5yrs (plus) of experience
  • MUST have Financial Services experience, IDEALLY Alternative Asset Mgmt exp
  • Fast paced environment.
