Job Overview – Customer Care Representative:
As a Customer Representative in our client's Boston, Massachusetts office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences to independent agents and policyholders. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring efficient processing of policy endorsements. This position also involves providing training and support to an independent agency force.

Compensation: $20.00 / HR
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities as the Customer Representative include:
•    Delivering superior service experiences to independent agents and policyholders via phone and email
•    Researching and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary
•    Accurately processing policy endorsements in accordance with established procedures
•    Providing training and support to the independent agency force
•    Completing assigned projects efficiently and with high-quality

Qualifications for the Customer Representative include:
•    Associate or bachelor’s Degree
•    Minimum 1-year experience
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
•    Outstanding organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Preferred experience in Personal Lines Auto (MA, NH, and CT)
