The Atlantic Group is representing a leader manufacturer and distributor, who is looking to bring on a Customer Care Representative to join their team. They are looking for experienced candidates who have the ability and interest in working in a very fast paced environment. They offer an excellent team-oriented environment with a generous benefits plan. In this role, the Customer Care Rep will serve as customer liaison for a portion of the Key Accounts, major retailers with well-known brand names. The ideal candidate will be capable of friendly and efficient communication on the phone, in person, and through writing, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in a similar high-paced, customer service environment is essential.
