Job Overview – Construction Project Manager
Join our client's team as a Construction Project Manager and oversee retro-fit replacement projects in the commercial HVAC sector. This role offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful completion from pre-construction to final delivery.
Location: Bucks County, PA – Onsite
Compensation: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 + bonus
Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager include:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and invoices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communications from the architect, owner, construction manager, and trade contractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Specialize in retro-fit replacement projects in the commercial HVAC sector.
Qualifications of the Construction Project Manager include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with expertise from pre-construction to completion.
- Must have commercial HVAC experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
