Job Overview – Civil Estimator

Location: Berks County, PA – Onsite
Salary: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 + bonus
Responsibilities of the Civil Estimator include:
- Plan, monitor, and contract construction projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Serve as a point of contact, managing expectations regarding the construction project performance.
- Assist with take-off for job proposals and bids.
- Utilize tech-savvy skills including AGTEK and 3D Modeling.
- Estimate and manage DOT or AGTEK-related projects.
Qualifications of the Civil Estimator include:
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimator or in the construction field is ideal, but flexibility is considered.
- Proficiency in Sitework, Site Development, Excavation, Transportation, Water Resources, Utility Installation, and Design/Build.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in AGTEK and 3D Modeling.
- Experience estimating construction projects ranging from $1-5 million in scope.
