  • Act as a gatekeeper

  • Project work- assist with preparing/opening new client accounts, coordinate off-site appts, follow up on the underwriting process, prepare applications, follow up with clients, data entry of client information
  • Office management tasks- will assist with office management tasks






  • MUST have insurance/wealth management industry experience
  • Flex on degree for strong experience & communication skills
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
